Reports To Caribou Manager

A Caribou clerk is responsible to develop a proficiency in filling guest drink orders quickly, efficiently, and consistently while promoting a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Completing all checklists, side jobs, and cleaning projects assigned by the Supervisor
• Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
• Solves guest questions and concerns
• Ensures floors are clean and free of debris
• Prepares product for other shifts
• Assists customers with their coffee orders as well as greet, offer, & thank every guest
• Prepares beverages and serves food products as applicable
• Other duties as assigned
• Keeping supplies stocked and organized
• Provides recommendations to guests
• Responsible for conducting and auditing temperature checks and food safety logs
• Takes guest orders and payment

• Maintaining a neat and organized store appearance
• Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, basic understanding of weights and measurements, reading, writing, & math skills

• Physical walking, bending, kneeling, able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 50 lbs., equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, blender, coffee maker, espresso machine, coffee grinder)

WORK SCHEDULE

Must be able to work a variety of shifts; including early mornings, nights, weekends, & holidays
