have a GREAT opportunity for you. We are hiring energetic, compassionate, and dedicated Caregivers and Med-Techs to join our growing team in our beautiful Memory Care community Cogir of Bothell. Our Caregivers provide direct care to our senior residents, following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting.

Our teams work 8-hr shifts (all shifts available), and we prefer one weekend-day availbility.

What will you do as a Caregiver?

  • Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
  • Assist in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
  • Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
  • Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  • Experience with dementia is strongly preferred but we will train as well
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
  • Six months to one-year related experience preferred and/or training in direct care services with older adults.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license, or ability to obtain.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA. Recent grads are welcome!
  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
