Your Impact On Our Mission:
Our Care Team Support Associate will be an energetic, empathetic, and compassionate addition to our team. You’ll work closely with members of our operations team as well as our software development team to improve outcomes, provide internal support, and play a role in product design and feature implementation. You’ll help support our network of clinicians and phone enroller's as they provide preventive health coaching to patients nationwide.
Your day to day is…
  • Helping with other business tasks as needed from CircleLink (e.g: training, performance management, etc.)
  • Addressing questions and concerns from our community of remote nurses and care ambassadors nationwide
  • Working cross-functionally to help provide input on software changes and improvement
  • Assisting in maximizing patient satisfaction
  • Managing our knowledge-base software to provide continual self-service support
Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Active listening skills
  • Professional but compassionate communication style while calling, messaging, and emailing with our clinical and non-clinical team
  • Empathy for both patients and clinicians
  • Passion for improving healthcare
  • Skilled with technology and eager to learn new things
  • Fluent/Native English is a must (fluent in Spanish is a bonus)
  • Values action over words and proposing solutions over voicing concerns
Education and Experience:
  • 0-3+ years experience, preferably in healthcare (non-healthcare experience also considered)
  • 1+ years experience in a support role (remote is preferred)
  • Experience in a hyper growth environment

Salary Range:
$45,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
