Capital Projects Manager Jobs

Our client is a leading food organisation, servicing the foodservice, retail, and manufacturing sectors. As they continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Capital Projects Manager to play a vital role in supporting the continued growth and development of the business.

The Role

• Collaborate with senior executives and operational managers to develop and execute capital improvement plans aligned with our business goals.
• Assist in the management and delivery of major capital projects across various business units.
• Support the identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement strategy by identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency in project management processes.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to capital projects.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors/suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Your Background / Experience

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a capital projects or construction environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Salary Package

In return for meeting the above criteria, you can expect a base salary of approx. $130,000 - $140,000 dependant on experience + bonus
