Job Summary:

As a Candidate Engagement Specialist at Trusted Nanny Match, you will play a vital role in our agency's success by building and nurturing relationships with candidates. Your warm and engaging personality, combined with a genuine passion for making a difference, will enable you to connect with professional, dynamic nannies and guide them through the recruitment process. By forging genuine, lasting relationships with our candidates, you will ensure the families who work with us meet the trusted match they are looking for and help passionate, professional nannies find their ideal job.


Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement and Growth:
  • Utilize diverse channels, such as blogging, job boards, social media, and targeted recruitment initiatives, to attract candidates who share our values.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to implement improvements and achieve operational excellence.
  • Continually explore innovative approaches to expand our candidate network and establish Trusted Nanny Match as an amazing agency representing exceptional families.
  • Cultivate positive and meaningful relationships with candidates, ensuring their satisfaction and enthusiastic support of our agency.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Develop and implement engaging marketing strategies to expand awareness to professional nannies in the San Francisco Bay Area who are passionate about their career.
  • Create compelling educational content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Serve as the friendly face and primary professional point of contact for candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Broad-Reach Marketing:
  • Evaluate candidates to determine their alignment with our agency's values and the needs of the families we work with.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain our position as a leading agency.
  • Maintain accurate records and create user-friendly tracking systems visible to the entire team, including check-in dates for following up with nannies.


Qualifications:

  • A team player with a positive attitude, adaptable, and able to handle the ebbs and flows of a small business
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to take initiative, problem solve, and work independently while following instructions.
  • Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create efficient tracking systems visible to the entire team.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and confident engaging professionally on social media
  • A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong connections with candidates and team members.
  • Previous recruitment, candidate management, or customer service experience is advantageous.
  • Warm, friendly, and engaging personality with a true desire to connect with and support others.
  • Knowledge of the nanny and household staffing industry is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-driven achiever who is motivated to grow and succeed across all aspects of the business.

Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year depending on experience, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, and medical contribution

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am and 5:00 pm PST
