Empower through resolution: Skillfully handle and resolve issues to ensure our customers' needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.
Efficient emergency care: Screen requests for urgent care and promptly schedule appointments to prioritize their well-being.
Seamless communication: Relay essential information about same-day appointments to specific facilities, ensuring smooth coordination.
Organized support: Initiate chart requests, facilitating seamless information flow to our dedicated providers.
Team player: Embrace the opportunity to contribute to the success of our team by performing any other duties assigned by our supportive team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
Customer-centric mindset: If you have at least 1 year of experience answering inbound calls or have worked in a call center, reception, or office assistant role, you're already on the right track!
Education matters: A high school diploma demonstrates your dedication to learning and growth.
Empathy in action: With a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, you've honed your skills in understanding and assisting customers with grace.
Health and safety priority: We care about our employees and customers' well-being, so if hired, we require all team members to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (with valid religious or medical exemptions considered).
