Job Title: Café Team Member
Job Summary: We are seeking a hard-working and customer-focused Café Team Member to join our team at Priority Automotive Café located at Priority Toyota Chesapeake. The Café Team Member will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are served high-quality food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, cooking utensils, and equipment
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
