Your Impact:


Our company is looking for a CAD Designer for our Indianapolis and Lafayette, Indiana location to develop technical drawings from sketches or from general enfineering and design information, while strictly adhering to all client drawing standards and drawing procesures. Drawings will be created/modified using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and REVIT, as well as client drawing management software. After making a draft, you will submit them for approval and make any necessary revisions.

CAD Designer Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency using client drawing management software
  • Check drawings with consideration for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client drawing standards and procedures
  • Develop technical drawings using CAD software
  • Collaborate with other team members, both internally and externally, to understand scope of work
  • Make revisions and obtain client approvals
Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Experience with CAD software, AutoCad and Revit
  • A technical background in drafting design and experience using CAD software
  • Technical degree or Associates degree in drafting or equivalent job experience

  • Willingness to take direction from senior team members, as well as mentor others in your area of expertise
