Job Description
Position Description


Generating/Editing/Checking of CAD drawings, layouts and pictorial renderings as directed by design engineers, management, team associates.


Position Responsibilities


  • Print drawings for Work Orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned including periodic reviews of drawings and specifications.
  • Create CAD Pictorial Renderings of products, features, and components for Design Reviews, Marketing & Sales Presentations, and Customer Reviews.
  • Review standard Models and drawings before release for usability and coverage.
  • Mentor and assist others in CAD Pictorial Rendering capabilities and problem resolution.
  • Maintain communication with the design engineers and management team.
  • Use Visual to create Part Numbers, Enter BOMS and create Fab Shop Orders.
  • Provide feedback to engineers for design intent, fit and function of parts and assemblies.
  • Create models and drawings for product engineering designs.


Qualifications, Skills And Abilities


  • Solid experience in CAD Pictorial Rendering or similar technical skill preferred.
  • Experience in Inventor and AutoCAD systems highly preferred but will consider other 3D experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with superior time management ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field required.
  • Must have training/experience with drafting practices and ANSI standards.
  • Understanding of GD&T preferred.
  • 5+ years of solid experience.
