Jet Edge is expanding and looking to add best-in-class individuals to our exceptional team. We are seeking resourceful and creative individuals who can anticipate and fulfill a client’s requests, expectations and needs, while working for long periods on their feet, being a team player and being flexible to schedule changes. We are now recruiting for bases across the USA for our Challenger 350/300 aircraft.

The Cabin Host/ess is responsible for making every traveler’s comfort and needs their highest priority. We understand that each flight is unique, so we take care of every detail to ensure our clients enjoy a tailored experience, coupled with unparalleled service. Our Cabin Host/esses create a home away from home for the world's most discerning travelers. Our cabin are equipped for all needs. Fine bed linen, cashmere blankets, Christofle silverware and porcelain, a curated library by Heywood Hill an onboard entertainment equipment ensure a home away from home entertainment.

This role is accountable for the entire cabin experience, including cabin service, aircraft stock, cabin appearance- including a full cabin clean after each passenger flight and aircraft turnarounds. While you will work alone in-flight, you will be supported by many teams at Jet Edge, including our inflight services, aircraft cleanings, operations and management teams. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational skills and can pre-empt the needs of passengers, including those that will be onboard for the next flight. We pride ourselves on offering an immaculate cabin.

Schedule:
15-day rotation (followed by 13 days off). Rotation rosters are not fixed, making your next destination a surprise. The day before your rotation starts, you will be informed of your tail assignment. From there you will proceed from your home base to your assigned aircraft and meet your fellow flight crew. Our in-house travel team will take care of all your hotel bookings and any necessary airline flights during your rotation.

Industry-Leading Training:
Our extensive training program incorporates training by the British Butler Institute, Norland College, Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and MedAire. You will learn essential skills in service excellence, professional communication, firefighting, food safety and hygiene, pet first-aid, WSET Level 1, and advanced plating.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete assigned administrative duties in a timely fashion (expense reporting etc.)
  • Provide exceptional service in-flight (beverage, meal, and special needs)
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Ensure aircraft standards are consistently met and maintained with excellence and that the cabin is of immaculate condition
  • Complete all post flight responsibilities (cleaning, removing perishable items, restocking etc.)
    • Confirm safety equipment is on-board, ability of use and assist/direct passengers in case of an emergency
    • Make sure the plane is stocked and ready for all flights; fulfill catering and special requests
    • Provide exceptional service in-flight (beverage, meal, and special needs)
    • Know how to operate all equipment in the cabin of the airplane (entertainment, galley, emergency)
    • Complete all post flight responsibilities (cleaning, removing perishable items, restocking etc.)

Qualifications:
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service that takes care of every detail and making every passenger’s experience unique
  • Private aircraft cabin crew
  • Personal assistant to a high net worth individual
  • High standards of professionalism
  • Private residence or private office of a high net worth individual
  • Experience working with VIP clientele offering them service, assistance or in a supporting role. Examples include, but are not limited to:
  • A valid Driver’s License and valid Passport
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays (depending on rotation schedule) and be flexible to schedule changes
  • Five-star hotels
  • Reliable transportation to prep for flights and get to and from work
  • Fluent English language skills – written and spoken. Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fine Dining & Hospitality experience is a plus
  • Commercial airline cabin crew working in the First or Business Class cabins
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Yacht crew
