Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company.

Partner with the best

As a Procurement Specialist for Artificial Lift Services, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. In this role, you will apply sourcing policy and interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing problems and schedule changes, updating ERP as needed.
• Placing and following up on POs/outside processing orders and manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution
• Mitigating supply shortages by working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiating supply chain improvements with third party Suppliers.
• Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes.
• Working with Suppliers and Accounts Payable on invoice reconciliations.
• Contributing to projects as a team member.
• Supporting Hub Buyers as needed.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Be able to work independently
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing or procurement
• Have interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have problem-solving skills.
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college (preferred) or a high school diploma / GED
• Have oral and written communication skills
• Be able to travel up to 10-15% as needed
