Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, growing consulting firms with an international client base. As a Business Systems Analyst you will work in a team setting under the direction of a client engagement manager to provide support to multiple regional offices within our client base. The Business Systems Analyst will perform various data related tasks and specialized projects requiring a high degree of technical knowledge, skill, and independent judgment. This position will create efficiency and system accuracy for information and data to freely move through client systems.


This is a remote job opportunity located in the United States. Preference will be given to those who live close to the greater Boston area.

Essential Job Functions:


  • Conduct audit reports as requested by senior leadership.
  • Perform a variety of research, reporting and statistical functions.
  • Data Visualization with the use of graphs, charts, and tables to present the data visually
  • Manipulation of data using database and spreadsheet applications/software, including application of formulas and functions, and utilization of data queries.
  • Support in creating reporting dashboards through ERP systems (NetSuite and/or other programs) to measure for progress
  • Download, organize and evaluate data from ERP systems and other external sites as required.
  • Review data for accuracy and consistency.
  • Produce reports containing summary data in graphical, tabular and narrative forms. Update standard reports as scheduled or requested
  • Extract data from internal databases and transfer data to other applications, such as Excel, for analysis.
  • Respond to general requests for data and information from internal sources.
  • Compile and upload datasets for internal department evaluation and analysis.
  • Support data management of databases and sources.
  • Monitoring report due dates and establishing timelines to ensure the region/department complies, preparing reports for submission, working with content experts to resolve data errors.
