Job Description

Comcast is hiring remote Business Services Representative (Inbound Sales). So, why is this great job? Our REMOTE team is responsible for inbound tele-sales efforts of Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers. This is a fun and fast-paced environment where you are accountable for individual results and how those impact your team. We work with straight forward tasks using our established procedures.

***Note: this is a REMOTE sales role and is open to individuals who reside within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. In order to work from home, you do need a quiet workspace and internet that is at least 100 mbps.

Business Service Representative (Sales) Compensation:

  • Full compensation and commission program delivered in interview process
  • Total Target Compensation - $28.14/hour (Base Rate + Commission)
  • Our sales commission programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets

Business Service Representative Job qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years related sales experience
  • High School Degree or equivalent

Business Service Representative Core responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience by expertly and professionally representing Comcast Business Services to prospects and customers.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on daily basis.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Build customer relationship starting with the initial call through close. Find innovative resolutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from inbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell Comcast Business Services through outbound calling.
