As a Business Process Controls Officer within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Naples or Pittsburgh. Additional cities within the PNC footprint may also be considered.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the continuous and proper management, oversite, administration, and compliance attainment over a portfolio of PNC process control and regulatory related activities.

The portfolio of programs and activities includes but is not limited to the following:

•Change governance
•Subsidiary process improvement
•Subsidiary process support (beyond Risk):
Change Initiatives
Finance
HR
Third Party
Procurement
Technology
Business Recovery
•Policy and procedure development
•Control attestation and testing support

Duties would include:
•Maintain all reporting and associated program databases in a timely, comprehensive and accurate manner at all times
•Proactively coordinate and communicate with associated PNC partners for assigned programs in a manner which drives successful milestone attainment and maintains continuous progress.
•Continuously provide feedback to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, VP of Sales and VP Administration & Finance as to the status and progress of the above.
•Facilitate the creation of a Linga workplace culture which is based on continuous improvement and open communication.






  • Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add significant value to the business and to achieve business goals.
  • Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
  • Indirectly leads cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Consults and influences key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
  • Leads execution and implementation of business planning processes. Designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.

Work Experience



Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
