Xplor is seeking Global Business Manager, Operations to focus on a series of initiatives aimed at building a new global Operations function. Reporting to Xplor’s Global Director Business Change, you’ll be responsible for driving several activities associated with the set up and running of a global operations division. This is a new role, created as part of the new Operations organization and to help drive the function to a target operating model. Essential to the role is experience in driving Operational strategy including all aspects of people, culture, cost management and performance reporting, as well as directing business partners for their support and outputs. The ideal candidate would have experience in Operations leadership and driving operational performance in a shared services environment. The role will have three areas of focus: (1) Driving the delivery of initiatives within the 3 year strategy (2) Develop a shared services performance management framework (3) Partner with the HR team to develop a global people program


Qualifications


Key Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. An ability to create compelling documentation which leads to clear and unambiguous decision making
  • Should have experience in an operations leadership role
  • Team player – able to coordinate resources and manage interdependencies across geographies and functions
  • Highly analytical and a strong ability to derive action plans from data sources
  • Ability to influence at an executive level
  • Must have experience in driving operational strategy and messaging progress at an executive level
  • Proven track record in defining and measuring KPI’s


Additional Valuable Experience


  • Working in high-growth, scale-up companies
  • Delivering large scale business transformation
  • Experience in software and/or payments ecosystems


Additional Information


The average base salary pay range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
