Business Intelligence Specialist (Remote East Or Central Time Zones)

For our Digitalization - Consulting & Solutions team, we are looking for full-time Business Intelligence Specialists or Business Intelligence Consultants. The position is remote in the east or central time zones with some travel. As a BI Specialist / Consultant you will lead projects and support our internal customers from the project start until the successful implementation. The ideal person is someone who loves problem solving, writing code and learning new technologies!

The Challenge

• Modify and create high quality code using SQL, Python, Airflow and SSIS
• Designing, developing and maintaining individual business intelligence solutions.
• Meet project timelines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate complex problems involving various audiences. Positively get along with all internal customers.
• Build and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI, DundasBI, Tableau and other tools.
• Manage effectively tasks and priorities for a smooth project delivery.
• Take initiative and consistently deliver high-quality results, even when working independently.
• Fix, optimize and tune ETL processes.

You will have:

• Proven knowledge of business process analysis, design and optimization.
• Business Intelligence Specialists must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience. Business Intelligence Consultants must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• Travel <10%
• Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
• A team player mindset, good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience using SQL (SingleStore, Snowflake, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle. SingleStore preferred)
• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree in Information Systems, IT or Business with an IT focus.
• Experience using ETL Tools (Airflow and SSIS preferred)
• Experience using Code Repositories (GIT)
• Experience creating charts, graphs, dashboards in one or more of the following programs – Power BI, Dundas BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Qlik
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Python libraries
• Experience with Statistical Models, Machine Learning, AI, Predictive Analytics
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
