Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst

Gardner-Webb University invites applications for the Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst in the Information Technology department. This position serves as the Banner application development and business data expert. The position requires hands-on expertise with Banner systems including Banner job submission, posting, data imports, data exports. The position is responsible for processes in the Finance, Student, Admissions, and Financial Aid modules. This includes the ability to appropriately correct Banner issues, develop and process data files and API imports/exports between non-Banner systems. SQL, SQLPlus, scripting, and PowerShell experience highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Integrate enterprise applications with third-party applications, develop analytical reports, and develop new reporting and transactional web applications.
• Design, prototype, test, debug, document and deploy secure programs and reports to meet user needs.
• Support the development and technical functionality of business applications, including Ellucian’s Banner (Student, Finance, Financial Aid, and Admissions).
