Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs

The Finance Department seeks a Financial Business Intelligence Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, and data analytics requirements. The role involves working with various departments, attorneys, and firm leadership. Responsibilities include developing financial analysis reports, and utilizing tools like Tableau/Power BI, SQL, SSAS, and Excel to access financial databases. Improving reporting, data visualization, and analysis capabilities is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• Use critical thinking to provide accurate financial insights in a meaningful format for stakeholders.
• Create financial reports and data visualizations to aid decision-making.
• Take action when needed, manage recurring deliverables, and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance.
• The ideal candidate should have knowledge of data and process mining and be able to apply it to large datasets.
• Effective communication with stakeholders is crucial, as well as designing and deploying analytical tools to optimize business decisions.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with 3E accounting software or similar enterprise software.
• Intermediate plus proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SQL, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Previous experience in a Law Firm (preferred).
