Job Summary:
The Business Analytics Manager (Health Insurance Distribution) is responsible for partnering with program leaders to establish, build, monitor and analyze the key performance indicators and measurement framework designed to evaluate the success of the program. Specifically, the role will provide program scorecard architecture, go to market implementation analysis, program analytics and intelligence, and promotion and incentive measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes, builds, monitors and analyzes the key performance indicators and measurement framework designed to evaluate the success of the program
- Provides leadership, guidance and coaching to consultants ensuring the team's work is aligned to the organization's strategic imperatives
- Provides direction and guidance to senior leadership based on critical inquiries or key insights and observations
- Provides input on data architecture of program scorecards and analytics solutions, go to market implementation analysis, program analytics and intelligence, and promotion and incentive measurement
- Provides consultation during the development and implementation of innovative data and analytics solutions to support business unit objectives
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years data and analytics experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None
Functional Skills:
- Experience in different software and programming languages such as Tableau, SQL, R and PowerBI
- Ability to make recommendations, influence and guide senior leadership in a fact-based and data driven conversation
- Ability to collaborate and partner with key stakeholders such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales and Business Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of healthcare marketplace, ACA, Medicare, insurance carriers, membership data, CMS data, business development modeling, financial modeling and performance modeling
- Experience presenting data to key stakeholders and senior leadership and telling a compelling story to influence strategy
Compensation offered for this role is $102,500.00-$150,000.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan bonus, which is based on individual and company performance.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
