8+ Years Experience Required.

• Hands-on experience as scrum master
• Experienced working with productions and familiar with document flows related to scripts, call sheets, crew lists is a must.
• Experience in media and entertainment is required.
• Hands-on experience defining and documenting process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, test artifacts.
• Effectively coordinates work and communication across disparate groups of individuals.
• Able to quickly adapt to new technical and functional concepts.
• Hands-on experience working as a product manager and working with senior executives to define product roadmap and priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent business and data analysis skills
• Understanding of TV+ business processes and their relationship to technology.
• Experience supporting small, medium, and large-scale technology projects in implementation and on-going support.
• Communicates effectively with personnel at all levels (staff to executive).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting project plan, business requirements documents, functional specification document for applications being worked on
• Scrum master for one custom build application that is in delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholder to define product roadmap and translate business visions to business requirements and application features for in-house solution for document intake and distribution.
• Lead and/or participate in the development of functional requirements.
• Lead and/or participate in training planning, documentation, and delivery.
• Lead business analysis and cost benefit analysis to make recommendations on system and process solutions.
• Lead and/or participate in test planning and testing activities.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for in-house solution and comparable third-party solution (e.g., scenechornize) for document delivery and distribution related to production and post-production phase.
