As our Business Analyst, you will support the systems that provide health care services to over 22,000 residents at 22+ senior living communities. Every day, you will join a standup with your team, resolve tier two support tickets, and perform assigned project tasks. To thrive in this role, you have experience conducting customer interviews to identify their goals, analyzing and researching available information, and proposing, testing, and implementing solutions that effectively meet business goals. We support many different systems and will provide you training so you can learn them, too.

This job is mostly remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and our senior living communities.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience…

  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decisions
  • Documenting business requirements, workflows, use cases, and test scripts
  • Working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Executing system testing to ensure systems work as expected
  • Working in a health care environment
  • Developing strong relationships with customers

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $72000.00 / annually
