For this role specifically, we are seeking individuals to help transform and streamline a key component of America's immigration process.

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.

Client Requirements: Applicants MUST BE US Citizens and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication to translate requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria.
• Includes program analysts and management consultants.
• Identify areas of improvement in service delivery.
• Proactively facilitate, monitor, and streamline Agile Scrum team workflow by staying ahead of customer requirements while coordinating with design and development teams.
• Collect, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements gathering and definition process.
• Serve as a bridge between customers, designers, and technical development teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Experience applying Agile principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven experience in business analysis
• At least 2-3 years of practical experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
