Description
As a Business Analyst in Precision Partnerships, you will leverage Granular's precision risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection. You are a builder, able to plan strategically for the benefit of the business and you thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
  • Effectively manage changes to process, methodologies, systems and tools across the entire organization.
  • Lead project-based work, ensuring successful outcomes through establishing project plans, management reporting and delegation of tasks to team members.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across Underwriting, Partnerships, Sales and Account Management, Operations and others to quantify the impact and value of select partners.
  • Develop and evolve quantitative tools for measuring and conveying those impacts and values at the appropriate point in time in the Underwriting and new business / renewal processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Excellent project management skills as well as creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts for varying levels of audiences.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, underwriting, or equivalent functions in the health insurance or stop loss industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of the self-funded ecosystem.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members as needed.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - 120,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
