Must Haves

• Analytical skills and a demonstrated talent for scrutinizing complex work processes and streamlining them for increased output
• At least 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with knowledge of business process, project management experience, and dealing with policies and procedures

Day to Day

An employer in the San Diego area is looking for a Business Analyst II to work either in the San Diego area or fully remote preferably west/central coast time. This individual will play an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company’s business analysis functions. For example this individual will be working on multiple 3+ projects with deadlines to implement and put into release for the compliance, legal, and regulatory teams. The role is primarily responsible for working on regulatory projects dealing with compliance issues, taking that problem, writing business requirements/rules taking these to the developers to code and pass on to QA to test the criteria and make sure everything is correct. This cycle will continue all the way through release!
