Title: Business Analyst

Location: Huntersville, NC

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: 60 to 80k, benefits

Responsibilities:

• Apply business knowledge and workflow skills to suggest and implement procedural enhancements company-wide.
• Collaborate with all necessary parties in the design and development of innovative technological solutions.
• Work closely with the end-user to identify solutions to issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Manage and groom product backlogs.
• Operate as Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders.

Experience:

• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to understand complex business rules with a critical eye for detail and organization and to break them down into simple, actionable items.
• Experience working with third party vendors and leading integrations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) in a team environment, preferably in the Finance industry
• Quick learner
• Proven experience collecting business requirements and constructing technological solutions.
• Driven, motivated self-starter.
• Humble and accepting of constructive feedback.
