This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.


Your Responsibilities


As a Business Analyst for John Deere A&T Sales/Marketing located Olathe, KS or Cary, NC, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Factory personnel to ensure accurate/timely execution of ordering programs. In addition, you will:


  • Gather data from numerous sources to complete reporting while confirming data accuracy and translate user requests for information to produce meaningful analysis.
  • Execute Merger & Acquisition data and Transfer Program Cost tracking from an Order Fulfilment perspective.
  • Assist in training/transition from Comar to Sales Center.

What Skills You Need


  • High attention to detail
  • Proven advanced proficiency in Excel
  • 2 years proven experience working in cross functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically, based on business needs
  • Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process
  • 2 years proven ability to communicate effectively across the organization


What Makes You Stand Out


  • 2 years proficiency with COMAR, Sales Center and SAP
  • Previous job role in Order Fulfillment
  • Ability to drive change and influence without authority
  • 1 year with the Enterprise Data Lake and Databricks
  • 1 year proficiency with SQL, Python or R


Education


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or comparable field.
