POSITION OVERVIEW

Work with stakeholders to analyze and validate IT requirements for changes to current business processes, perform AS-IS/TO-BE, data mapping, design documents, develop reports and ensure the accuracy of analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Document and communicate work results by conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with peers and management.
• Help automate and modernize systems.
• Review business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Manage special projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
• Monitor business processes and solutions making sure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Develop reports and analyses by gathering information in meetings with various stakeholders.
• Update, implement and maintain processes and procedures.
• Perform requirements analysis and UAT by gathering data and feedback from technical experts and end users.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Any integration or migration experience in PeopleSoft or Oracle is desired, but not required.
• Candidates must be very detail oriented and have a ‘go-getter’ type mentality.
• Must have advanced computer skills, with demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge in IT and software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in business process mapping, process flow, gap analysis, methodology, and road mapping.
