We are urgently seeking Data Analysts to join our dynamic Vendor Management team within the Technology Business Management Office. We are looking for highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented team players to support our critical 'outsourced technology resource management' functions.

Key Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential to ensure effective data validation and smooth collaboration with different teams.
• Data Ownership: This role involves receiving information from various stakeholders, including leadership, the Fieldglass PMO team, Workplace, Managers, and Suppliers. The candidate will be responsible for handling and owning the process to ensure data accuracy.
• Excel Proficiency: The ideal candidate should be an Excel guru with strong VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP skills, capable of merging and managing dynamic information from diverse systems that are constantly evolving.
• Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Active Directory, ServiceNow PPM, Apptio, and JIRA will be advantageous. Familiarity with JIRA, the internal system for submitting tickets to onboard new workers and open resource contract submissions, is a plus.
• Logical Decision Making: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and make well-informed decisions based on validated information and established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract & Resource Metrics: Calculate and report contract and resource metrics to track performance and efficiency.
• SLA/KPI/CPI Tracking: Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) data to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
• Contract Management: Support contract management activities and act as a liaison with procurement and legal departments.
• Contractor Onboarding Lifecycle: Track and manage metrics related to the contractor onboarding lifecycle.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collect and validate data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy.
• Utilize Excel expertise to merge and manage dynamic information efficiently.
• Collaborate with various teams including procurement and legal to streamline vendor management processes.
• Support contract management activities and ensure alignment with established processes.
• Calculate and report contract and resource metrics accurately.
• Track and monitor SLA/KPI/CPI data for timely reporting.
• Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
