Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of dashboards and reporting which monitor program analytics, customer participation and earnings growth targets to inform business decisions and improvement priorities that maximize value creation.
  • Engage with business partners to understand the goal of a project or analysis and define how analytics can solve key business problems.
  • Participate in the development of innovative and efficient solutions for existing processes or new projects.
  • Collect and analyze large quantities of existing and new sources of data for projects and present insights to support department planning, execution, and business decisions.
  • Gain an understanding of existing systems and procedures and follows corporate policies when executing projects.
  • Develop business relationships and partners effectively with team members and other departments to achieve the best results.
  • Request feedback on own work and provides feedback to others.
  • Work to meet all deadlines, communicating with project stakeholders, and producing polished outputs.
  • Support other CEDES key priorities as they develop.
  • Collaborate and leverage skills to assist digital and other departments to develop and execute on the necessary data infrastructure and framework to aggregate information and build a robust data resource.
  • Identify issues and trends to anticipate change and provide comprehensive solutions and remedies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required in a relevant field (preferably engineering, computer science, mathematics, or business)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and ability to create data reporting and visualizations leveraging corporate tools and systems including but not limited to CSS, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • 2+ years of professional level experience applying technical knowledge and analysis to projects required.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Deep experience with using and learning new applications and digital tools quickly.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding and explaining end-user technologies and promoting innovative solutions.
  • Effective presentation skills, written summaries, and strong verbal communication.
  • Ability to liaison and communicate with the different languages and jargon that exists between various groups.
  • Self-motivated individual able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Data and technology management skills including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management, and reporting.
