The Business Analyst Intern will enhance business capability through the use of tools and systems to drive our digital experience while providing day-to-day system support. This role will work with other team members (IT, Project Managers, and Business Representatives) to create digital experiences and aid in the publishing of content to drive customer engagement through our digital properties of Mobile Apps, WebSites, and Commerce platforms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
  • Gain experience with Content Management Systems like Experience Manager, SiteCore and/or WordPress
  • Learn, understand and practice Oshkosh project methodology.
  • Document business functional requirements and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • One (1) or more years of experience working in a Software Development organization or team, Information Technology, Content Management and/or Web development related area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
  • Familiarity with formal project methodology or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) terminology.
  • Familiarity with HTML, Basic CSS and JavaScript Practices
  • Computer analytic and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities.
  • Experience with the following Google Marketing tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
