About the Position
Reporting to the Security Portfolio Manager, the Business Analyst – Information Security is responsible for contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Security portfolio. The analyst functions as a member of the Security Portfolio team and works directly with the Security and Governance teams to support information security initiatives. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills with our technical and business counterparts.
Responsibilities:
Support management to establish a project portfolio definition, its structure, and processes.
Assist in centralizing program and project management information to create a centralized view for portfolio management.
Gather and report on key organizational information security metrics.
Project management and organization skills to support prioritizing portfolio goals.
Support the creation and maintenance of security portfolio documentation and artifacts.
Work with security stakeholders to support the delivery of security consulting during initiatives, projects, or ad-hoc events.
Partner with security teams who conduct pre-deal analysis of acquisition candidates in order to coordinate and deliver risk-based analysis.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in discipline appropriate to assignment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years’ experience in business or security analyst role
Project Management (Agile or waterfall) experience preferred but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Competent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to lead and support projects
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deliverables
Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
