Business Analyst III

• Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 0-3 days in office per month.

The Business Analyst III is responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software.
How Will You Make An Impact

• Works with stakeholders to ensure that the Product(s) within their scope are being executed across the delivery network as designed and are delivering the performance anticipated in the design.
• Analyzes complex end-user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Identifies where gaps exist.
• Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
• Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
• Represents the reporting team on committees and task forces that are product oriented or as assigned.
• May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
• Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
• Determines specific business reporting requirements to address complex business needs.
• Serves as the operational subject matter expert for the Product (NurseLine and Concierge products etc.) working with the product team to address their needs within the reporting system and to ensure that the services delivered are consistent integrated across the teams and deliver the planned outcomes and results.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of care management operations, the programs offered and how they work and/or clinical background preferred.
• Masters degree in health or business related field preferred.
• Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $68,080 to $122,544.
