Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean methodologies is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and business process improvement.
