Brow Specialist in Training

Description

  • The training will give guidance to the 5 Core Skills we expect at Brows LLC
  • This position is for licensed Cosmetologists or Estheticians who are experienced on the floor as a licensed stylist , or as a first salon job. Applicants are ready to get the training to express themselves as Brow Specialists in an On The Job setting.

  • Brow Mapping and Design

  • Waxing

  • Threading

  • Lamination

  • Standard, Henna, and Hybrid Coloring


This 6-12 week training position will see you working in all areas of the salon, learning techniques, practicing with real clients, working hard and contributing to all operations of a busy Brow Salon.
Full day initial training takes place on a Sunday in the middle of each month.

Job Duties 4 Parts

  • Training & practicing our own BrowsAcademy Services (Brows 101, Brow Lamination, Hybrid Dye and Henna)

  • Providing Client Services (walk-in and scheduled clients during peak hours)

  • Salon Assisting (helping stylists flip wax rooms and grabbing supplies) & Side Work (ranges from specialized supply prep like cutting wax strips to general cleaning of facilities) “open book hours” are assisting hours.

  • Front Desk Hours (working with our Front Desk team to help provide excellent customer service) no more than 25% of hours will be Front Desk.


Ideally, this job will transition into a permanent position as Brow Specialist (Hourly Vs Commission, plus tips and benefits).


Salary

$17.59 - $19.59 per hour
