Glanbia Performance Nutrition's is a global company with a brand portfolio that consists of category and consumer leading brands – Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, Think!, Amazing Grass, and SlimFast. We are hiring a Brand Manager for Optimum Nutrition, a $1B brand in sports nutrition.
The Brand Manager, Optimum Nutrition is responsible for leading, directing, and optimizing annual brand plans for Optimum Nutrition. This role will translate the brand’s long-term strategy into annual marketing plans through close collaboration with integrated marketing, creative, and partner agencies.
What you will do:
- Responsible for managing and reporting of brand budget
- Monitor brand and marketing performance with syndicated data, marketing mix, and media tools and adjust plans as needed
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes/optimization to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback
- Develop and implement annual brand plans
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities, deal with ambiguity and work with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Brief & manage internal process to create and develop media plans and creative deliverables
- Maximize profitability of assigned product groups
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Integrated Marketing, Creative, Insights & Analytics, Sales
- Develop market and competitive analysis leveraging syndicated and propriety data to support the director in the development of long-term strategy
- Ensures Legal approval of all documents, contracts and materials that touch external stakeholders
- Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure efficient, on-time delivery
The Skills you will bring to the team
- 5-7 years of experience required, preferably in like industry, consumer packaged goods
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred not required
- Bachelor’s degree required
