Your Opportunity Awaits:

Please note that we offer part-time, full-time, and leadership roles based on outstanding performance upon completion of the internship. The internship itself spans 90-120 days from your start date and provides a valuable learning experience. While this is an unpaid internship, we have a unique compensation structure w/equity inclusion for those who successfully complete the program. This program is geared to choose the best candidates who can we believe can be the future of Kubby success and push sustainability in all aspects of the supply-chain.

We Value Education:

We take pride in offering college coursework credit for our interns, providing an accredited internship experience. We have had the pleasure of hosting interns from esteemed institutions such as UC Berkeley, Harvard, and UT Austin. Your growth and development matter to us.

Collaboration and Community:

Throughout your internship, you will be immersed in our practices and gain in-depth knowledge of our services and solutions. Working closely with our product and development team, you will actively prospect new business and exceed goals through collaboration with your colleagues. We prioritize on-the-job learning to enhance your professional skills and foster a sense of community within our organization.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience as a Branding Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and design aesthetics.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
• Ability to work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

Compensation:

No pay, after successful completion, a job will will be provided, along with equity inclusion and/or net sales payments.
