Urgent Hiring: w2 contract 18 months with Nestle Purina in St. Louis MO:: W2 :: 18 months
THIS IS AN 18 MONTH CONTINGENT ROLE. ONLY CANDIDATES LOCAL TO ST. LOUIS, MO WILL BE CONSIDERED. REQUIRED TRAVEL UP TO 40% INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
This position plays a key role in creating a consistent brand experience across all sponsorships/partnerships/broadcasts, while working with cross functional teams, as well as outside marketing agencies, to provide insight into the design of marketing platforms and programs, event execution and linear and digital broadcasts. The person in this role will:
• Drive the equity of Purina brands and build brand preference within sponsorships, increasing consumer loyalty by designing relevant programs and content that connects with consumer needs and influences their behaviors.
• Support Director of Partnership Marketing & Events in the execution of consumer facing marketing elements
Responsibilities:
• This role will assist with the execution of Partnership Marketing’s properties, including but not limited to the “Entertainment” properties of Incredible Dog Challenge and the National Dog Show.
• Work closely with meta-agency team members while collaborating across the organization to create and execute cohesive sponsorship campaigns across all channels
• Oversee the development of all consumers facing communications needs and activation plans for key sponsorships/partnerships, including developing TV broadcast, digital, social media, pr and influencer strategy, and event execution, which requires understanding of writing briefs, identifying key messages, developing talking points, etc..
• Assist with any needs that might arise with our key partners.
• Lead the development and reporting of sponsorship/partnership’s key metrics, analyzing and interpreting results and providing actionable insights drawn from data.
• Assist with tracking of budget with Director and Finance lead
Required Travel Time Commitment:
• Travel approximately 30-40% of time
• Weekend travel to 4 events (May, June, September, and November) + additional travel to other special events and meetings during the week
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Brand Marketing or Experiential Marketing preferred
• 3 to 5+ years of marketing agency experience required:
o Social media marketing
o Digital marketing
o Experiential marketing
o Brand communications
o Consumer marketing
• Experience in sports or entertainment marketing is preferred
