Job Description

As the Brand & Experience Project Lead at Dynatrace, you will play a key role in executing the successful creative development and launch of our design team’s marketing campaigns, including web, email, digital, social, and print initiatives. Your ability to communicate concise and accurate requirements for projects will set you up for success as you collaborate enterprise-wide to manage internal partner deliverables as well as maintain relationships with third-party agencies and vendors.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of multi-faceted marketing campaigns for a range of complex projects, from briefing through to in-market delivery, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You will be a key player in partnering with senior level executives and decision makers, and shepherding teams through the process of bringing our brand initiatives to life. This role requires the ability to flex across a strong project management capability, as well as utilize overarching strategic program management skills, balancing operational efficiency with the quality and impact of the work output.

An ideal candidate will:

  • Routinely review key milestones with managers and partners, as well as troubleshoot medium to major roadblocks and delays autonomously.
  • Prioritize competing stakeholder requests and internal deliverables in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Possess clear and consistent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Partner with digital, product, and design teams to translate specifications and requirements into the necessary creative inputs & deliverables for the internal design team.
  • Understand the creative process and apply this knowledge in the approach to the work.
  • Provide up-to-date visibility into current projects, ongoing status updates, and resource utilization across the Brand & Experience design team.
  • Be adept at problem solving, with a keen interest in finding and sharing process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Possess strong project management capabilities that empower cross-functional teams by planning and prioritizing work, reviewing and providing concise design direction, and maintaining clear communications with team members and partners.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, while thinking critically to build creative timelines.
  • Be comfortable serving as the go-to liaison for the organization’s cross-functional teams.
  • Be skilled at balancing constraints such as dependencies, change requests, and off-process requests for multiple ongoing projects and creative campaigns.
