Job Summary:


3D Graphic and Brand Designer


We are seeking a highly motivated creative, who can identify, visualize, and communicate our brand expression through both 2D and 3D executions. Reporting to the Creative Director of the Brand Design team you will also partner with our Component Design and DTO partners, work closely with internal designers, Chiefs and Directors, to visualize our brand on vehicle strategies across our diverse portfolio.


As our 3D Graphic and Brand Designer, you will be responsible for visualizing and creating 3D artworks using various modeling and texturing techniques resulting in brand-aligned visual identities. You will be able to work in both 2D and 3D SW environments, understanding project requirements, reviewing, adjusting, or enhancing the 3D design of existing products and solutions, and developing 3D designs for new products. You will develop initial designs as well as primary models and sketches for final execution.


What You'll Do...


  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as trend agencies, research firms, and industry experts, to access and leverage additional trend data, insights, and expertise plus.
  • 3D Standards and Execution: Develop 3D solutions and standards that align with industry standards.
  • Visualization: Create visually appealing and informative presentations, reports, and visual materials to communicate visual concepts, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Brand-Focused Solutions: Create on-brand solutions that express visual aesthetics and feeling of each sub-brand, that evolves brand on vehicle.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and thought leadership in the industry. Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase expertise, share insights, and contribute to the organization's thought leadership in trend forecasting.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including components, design technical operations, color + materials, marketing, product development, and strategy, to incorporate trend forecasts and insights into program brand strategies.
  • Innovation and Ideation: Work with product development and design teams to develop new product and experience strategies that align with emerging trends and consumer needs.


You'll have...


  • 2-5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer using 3D SW (Alias, Blender)
  • Adobe creative suit, Alias, and other 3D equivalent software, blender, vred, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/communication design/Digital or Class A surfacing or equivalent field
