Job Details:
The General Manager will assume full responsibility for the successful operation and administration of all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of excellence are upheld. The role encompasses overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering departments. The General Manager will be accountable for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing financial performance, supervising hotel employees, implementing policies, and providing training, coaching, and motivation to the team.
To excel in this position, the General Manager must maintain a comprehensive understanding of all hotel departments, fostering a consistent focus on delivering unparalleled guest experiences while optimizing department profitability. Additionally, the General Manager will play a vital role in engaging with the local community and representing the hotel in a positive manner. Success in this role will be achieved through strategic planning, effective implementation, and control of strategies that drive desired outcomes. Furthermore, the General Manager must create, develop, and maintain a competent, motivated, and empowered hotel staff.

Guest Service & Satisfaction:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to guest service, initiating conversations with all guests, and maintaining a professional and composed demeanor in all situations.
- Assume responsibility for Guest Service scores, reviewing them with the staff, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing incentives for hotel staff.
- Address guest feedback and special requests promptly, resolving any issues and responding to guest reviews.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A college degree and a minimum of five years of related experience in hotel operations.
- Thorough understanding of profitability and budget goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
