This position is located in PFM's Orlando East office on Quadrangle Blvd not downtown. The work arrangement is 'in-office' daily.
Position Overview
The ideal Bookkeeper candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable, general ledger tasks, and bank reconciliations. They should be excellent at recording data error free and have a strong attention to detail.

Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Accounts payable – including writing checks (physical and electronic) and inputting positive pay
- Any other items needed to assist District Accountant with monthly tasks
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing, both physical and electronic
- Authorization to work in US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to navigate within Microsoft Word and Excel with at least an intermediate ability
- Ability to follow and keep track of differing instructions from multiple team members
- Critical thinking skills and ability to extrapolate data from instructions provided
- Three (3) years of experience performing related tasks
