Job Details

Duties

Documenting transaction details

Putting together financial reports

Fact-checking accounting data

Notify senior staff of any accounting errors

Calculate interest charges

Recording financial transactions

Tracking payroll data

Requirements

• Process AP’s including assisting purchasing department with entering material vendor invoicing, Entering and
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft, and outlook

processing for payments

• Assist controller with data entry into QuickBooks as needed
• Team Player, hard worker, quick learner, and a background in construction
• Tracking Petty Cash
• Reconciliations of Monthly Credit Card Statements
• Daily bank Reconciliations
• AR’s – Invoicing and AiA’s
• Tracking of Sub-contractor certificates of insurances
• Job Costing
