THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Boiler Operator-Engineer IV, you will be responsible for keeping our team members and guests comfortable and safe by maintaining and repairing all equipment related to the operation of our boiler systems. In your role, you will partner with other departments to create WOW memories our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

  • Advise management of any unusual conditions and perform all assigned duties during emergency situations
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper maintenance and prevention procedures
  • Engage with guests and employees by smiling and hearing their story
  • Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
  • Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of our boilers, compressors, generators, and all equipment that is driven by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water or any other power developing energy which has to do with or is related to the operation of all mechanical equipment

  • Can maintain knowledge of menu items
  • Can handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Has strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Has strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • Has strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipment
