Job Summary
Hi. We’re New Horizons In-Home Care. We’re looking to hire a Billing Supervisor to join our award-winning, people-first in-home care company.
We are looking for an experienced Billing Supervisor with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to join our team at New Horizons In Home Care – Eugene. The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for managing all activities related to the billing process and ensuring all invoices are collected and discrepancies in claims are resolved in a timely manner. This is a full-time salaried position with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with clients and state case workers
  • Supervise and coordinate private pay and third-party billing
  • Perform other clerical or supervisory duties as needed
  • Ensure adequacy in application of payments
  • Updates of billing policies, procedures and methods
  • Assist in resolution of billing discrepancies, understanding when to escalate
  • Oversee daily workflow of billing department
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Billing and/or Accounting
  • Experience with large client base and high transaction volume
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Oregon State and VA billing experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
