Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Billing Engineer located on-site at our Gurugram location. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), rate analysis, and quantity surveying. Vendor Bill management, Processing of Material Bills, Work orders, Bill booking. Knowledge of Farvision will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving
• Strong team player who can adapt to changing circumstances and drive results
• Expertise in billing systems, and related software tools and technologies
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a real estate develop organization.
• Ability to effectively communicate with project and site teams, and strong interpersonal skills
