Billing Assistant Jobs

Siskind Susser P.C. is seeking a full-time Billing Assistant in the firm's finance department. Siskind Susser is a growing Immigration law firm and needs to expand its finance team to keep up with the current caseload. This is an associate-level position and will report directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate is someone with billing and/or finance experience. Fluency in QuickBooks Online is required. The individual will also need strong organizational and time management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read/write in Spanish is a plus.

This position offers the opportunity for growth over time as we grow and upgrade our billing systems and processes. The position will require in-person work at the Memphis office. We look forward to receiving your application!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is Preferred
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• At least 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
