Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Recruiter in Madison, AL . The Bilingual Recruiter is responsible for finding prospective employees for various clients across multiple industries while communicating, interviewing, and assessing candidates in both English and Spanish. You will be able to help job seekers establish a long-term career in the industry of their dreams.
Responsibilities Of a Bilingual Recruiter
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, job boards, and other internet sites.
  • Meets weekly KPI targets.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Skill markets top candidates to branch manager.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using various means, such as social media and job sites.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Contacts potential applicants through various means, including phone, text, email, social media, or job boarding messaging.
  • Completes new hire orientations and employee onboarding.
  • Visits local clients as needed to understand openings, hold job fairs, or conduct tours.
  • Arranges candidate interviews or tours by coordinating with management schedules; may escort applicants to client sites.
  • Plan and fills recruiting requisitions by meeting with managers to discuss recruitment needs.
  • Participates in branch job fairs.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviews applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Job Requirements Of a Bilingual Recruiter
REQUIRED Experience and Education:
  • Seeking motivated, energetic, and positive minded applicants!
  • Must be comfortable working with people in both private and group settings.
  • Ability to speak and write fluent Spanish and English
  • Must support diversity.
  • Must be proficient with computer systems, most notably Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have above average communications skills.
  • 2 years prior Recruitment and/or staffing industry experience
  • Teamwork is absolutely essential, must be comfortable performing with a team in a positive and organized manner.
  • Must have ability to comprehend and stay up to date on employment law
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be proficient with telephone usage and etiquette.
Conducting ( drug screening and/or background check) report inquiries may be necessary for employment purposes.
