Bilingual Part-Time Evening Receptionist

Pat Lobb Toyota is seeking a part-time Receptionist. The Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors in person at Pat Lobb Toyota. Additionally, answer phone calls that are routed back to the receptionist from our automated phone system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer operator requested calls, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate department.
Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process.
Process new and used vehicle license plates to customers; this consists of phoning customers; providing plates to customers at reception desk upon pick up; mailing plates as requested. Maintaining license plate log at desk.
Keying new customer data into sales database for sales staff.
Assist sales staff with making temporary license tags.
Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
At least 2-years of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
High School Diploma.
