Position Purpose

Responsible for serving non-alcohol beverages to patrons seated at gaming machines, table games and throughout the casino

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain a courteous attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workstation.
• Alert Security to possible underage gaming.
• Fulfill drink orders from beverage cart. Call Cocktail Server on radio if guests desires an alcoholic beverage.
• Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
• Know and provide customers with information about upcoming events, including entertainment and customer promotions.
• Clean and maintain beverage cart.
• Follow all Casino and Departmental procedures.
• Direct problems to the Supervisor or Manager on duty.
• Be knowledgeable of section/zone designations throughout the Casino.
• Stay current on all special offers and drink prices during Happy Hour and regular hours.
• When delivering drinks and/or walking your assigned section, pick up any used bar glasses/cups and return them to the bar.

Education And/or Experience

Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Language Skills

Experience – Preferred 2 years’ experience in a related field.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.

Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
