Job Description

Pay Rate: $19.30 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Primary Tasks:

  • You will track of CFML hours in all applicable systems, communicating leave to human resources, managers, and associates.
  • Work with employees on leave to facilitate smooth return to work, relay communication between employees and their managers during leave within reason.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of leave and accommodation requests following specified legal requirements and documentation of best practices.
  • Preserve confidentiality of employee medical documentation and files.
  • You will maintain accurate employee benefit records including new enrollments, family and employment status changes and conduct Choctaw Medical Leave processing/compliance tasks.
  • Provide employees with information about benefit programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
  • Resolve common issues on behalf of employees with insurance carriers, care providers and retirement plan trustee administrator(s) and refer more complex issues to senior personnel in the department.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Meet all deadlines, and maintain data integrity
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with strong presentation skills.
  • Advanced ability using Microsoft Word, Excel (can perform complex functions) and HCM systems
  • One (1) year of general work experience
